How appointment texts work

Stylists use LoomiBook to manage appointments with their clients. Clients can receive text messages about their own appointments — booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices.

How clients opt in

• On a stylist's booking page, a client enters their mobile number and checks a box agreeing to receive texts about their appointment. The box is never pre-checked.
• A client texts the stylist's booking number first — that message is their opt-in, and the first reply identifies the business.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

Phone numbers and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
